put them both in a new folder and unzip them. the game is DBZ legend of the sayin, it is a role playing game which starts with the arrival of radditz and ends with the death of freeza. Its a good game but its in Japanese so you might need the walkthrough.
This file and the previous one are from Piccolos emulations, I dont offer a link because I think they're down. The walkthrough and all the pics for this game I have are from Kai-oh-shin's planet.
